Turquoise and Gold Nail Art

Hey all, today’s nail art was inspired by the precious stone turqouise as its one of my favourites. For this you will need:

  • OPI natural nail base coat
  • A turquoise polish (China Glaze – at vase value)
  • A gold polish (Barry M – Gold digger)
  • A stamper and scraper
  • BP-L013 stamping plate
  • Your favourite top coat
  • Gold studs

Step one:

Apply one coat of base coat to all nails followed by three coats of gold polish to the ring nail and two coats of the turqouise polish to the other nails. Allow for drying time between coats and allow to dry fully before moving onto step two.

Step two:

Using the stamping plate, gold polish and stamper stamp the random triangles design onto the nail. We have done this this way so we create faint random lines across the nail.

Step three:

Cleanup the excess polish using a cleanup brish or a cotton bud and some remover. Gold polish can be difficult to remove so a Cotton bud or Q tip may be better. This may take a while

Step four:

Apply one layer of your favourite top coat to all nails and then apply a single gold stud to the top of each nail as an added detail. And you’re done!
