Strawberries Nail Art

Hey all, today I decided on some reverse stamping so did these strawberries nails using opulent essences Piper as a main colour:

For these you will need:

  • OPI natural nail base coat
  • Opulent Essences Piper (buy Here! )
  • Black stamping polish
  • White polish (China glaze white on white)
  • Green polish (sinful colors innocent)
  • Quick drying top coat
  • Two Stampers and a scraper
  • Born Pretty store BP-X04 plate (item no. #29977 Buy Here!)
  • Clear polish

Step one:

Apply one coat of base coat to all nails followed by two coats of white polish to the ring nail and two coats of the red to all other nails. Allow for drying time between coats. Apply a quick drying top coat and move onto step two.

Step two:

Using the first stamper and the scraper pick up the strawberries image off of the plate in black, remove the stamper head and set it aside, repeat this step so you have two stamper heads to the side with the strawberries image on.

Step three:

Leave The black to dry for a minute then fill in the strawberries with the red polish using a toothpick or dotting tool. Fill in the leaves carefully with green. Leave to dry until 100% done.

Step four:

Apply a layer of clear coat over the stampers and leave to dry 90% of the way, still slightly tacky but almost dry. Peel the image off of the first stamper and align on the ring nail, press down the decal to stick it to the nail. Use a cleanup brush or cotton bud to remove excess decal and then apply a thick layer of top coat to the decal nail. Repeat for the second stamper or other hand.

And you’re done!
